REFUND POLICY

  1. Refund Eligibility Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. Digital Product Refunds: We offer refunds only when there has been a defect in the initial delivery. Contact our support team with details and evidence to initiate a refund. Beware if the services were initiated and the development hours were spent, the refund cannot take place.

  3. Service Refunds: Refunds for web development, tech consultancy, and advertising services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be considered if services are not completed as agreed upon, but the amount spent on third party and consumables cannot be refunded.

  4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultancy hours already provided, are non-refundable. Any work completed as part of the service will be charged accordingly.

  5. Refund Process: To request a refund, contact our support team at help@xpertizex.com with your order details, reason for refund, and any relevant evidence.

  6. Evaluation Period: We will review your refund request within 2 business days. Additional information might be requested for verification.

  7. Refund Approval: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  8. Refund Amount: The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any services already provided or for the use of digital products during the refund period.

  9. Third-Party Fees: Any fees charged by third-party payment processors during the transaction are non-refundable.

  10. Cancelled Orders: If you cancel an order before any services have been initiated or products accessed within 1 working day, since most of the work gets assigned and started within a day, a full refund can be issued, if the work was not started, except the transaction cost.

  11. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and following the installation or usage instructions for digital products. Refunds will not be granted due to customer error or misuse or misunderstanding.

  12. Expired Services: Refunds are not available for services or products after the specified period has expired.

  13. Max Refund Amount: Max Refund Amount is limited to the order value excluding transaction cost.
